Still got the flatbread fever. Whipped up a batch of naan but it looks like pita. It was a naan recipe. Well, a naan-inspired recipe. Worked like a dream. But the texture is more like pita. No matter at all. These were just delicious. I used bread flour and whole wheat flour, yeast, salt, dash of sugar, olive oil, and plain, non-fat yogurt. Cooked them on a pre-heated pizza stone. I made them on the small side and I think I got 12-14 breads. I think this fever will last a long time.

Great recipe idea! I’ll have to try this next time I’m grilling pizza. Check out other great recipes for the grill. http://weber.com/recipes/Recipe.aspx?rid=62.

BTW… check out our new video series “Weber Grill Master”. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iRN-VTuA0aw Grilling experts Jamie Purviance and Steven Raichlen compare notes on grilling techniques, what inspired these classically trained chefs to pursue the art of cooking with live fire, and find out what led to their biggest grilling mistakes
Here's wishing you a very S-L-O-W recovery. ;)
Susan, recovery? No way. I was just in Dublin, CA this past weekend and taught my mom how to make keema paratha. I'm passing the fever to loved ones.
Delightful! You can never have too much of this!
A true addiction. I find myself getting addicted to these every year.
Rachael, you're not alone!
This is the perfect fever for anyone to have.
Looks delicious, would love to give it a try !
Usha, if it's not too hot where you are, make some soon!
