Hey, I forgot to mention that while at Seattle Fish Company we picked up a small jar of tobiko, flying fish roe. They have a few different flavors. We chose wasabi because we were having sushi. This is the roe you often see in and on sushi in red, yellow, orange, and green and even black. 
We also like it just on a cracker.
