Chaco Canyon's new location is in my 'hood! My mom and I had their lentil burger recently. So delicious. The special sauce is creamy, the burger flavorful and hearty and filling. My mom had a side of quinoa salad and I had a cup of African sweet potato and peanut soup. The soup had a nice bite. I'll be making my own lentil burgers this weekend. Details to follow - probably. I've been crazy busy and I'm way behind in cooking or art journalling. But I'll be back soon.
