Will Bake For Food Preparations

Last night I tested a recipe I’m thinking of making as part of the 2011 Will Bake For Food bake sale. This is the event where Seattle food bloggers bake delicious goods to sell to benefit the Emergency Feeding Program of Seattle and King County.

I'm glad I took the time to follow the instructions as written by the author (a discipline I rarely exhibit). I found a couple of issues that I do not want to pass along to bake sale customers on a printed recipe card. The resulting product is delicious but a couple of tweaks to the method are in order.
