...three potato, as in three pounds. A modest harvest but we'll take that. Not as many as last year but nothing in the garden has compared to last year. We grew these in big Rubbermaid tubs. I was surprised to find any potatoes because the plants never flowered. Learned something new about potatoes. So we'll be enjoying these for the next few weeks and I'll share what recipes I created using them. Stay tuned.
ANyone else have luck growing potatoes in containers?
